Territory Sales Manager: New England

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for establishing sales strategies and plans to deliver sales results which meet and/or exceed the assigned quotas. The territory sales manager is responsible for both establishing new business, as well as the growth of existing accounts. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the territory’s distribution sales partners as well as directly with veterinarian customer accounts, veterinarians, and their staff. Responsibilities include educating distribution partners, customers, and prospects in the use and benefits of all Petvivo Animal Health products including Spryng® & Precise PRP™ within the assigned territory. This role is also expected to provide timely and thorough customer service, facilitating the easy incorporation of PetVivo Animal Health products into equine and small animal practices.
Must have 3-5 years minimum territory sales experience calling on equine and small animal veterinary practices. Must be located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Responsible for development and execution of a business development plan resulting in the growth of the territory, meeting or exceeding company assigned goals
Establishes strong relationships within the distribution channel sales teams to increase sales volume and expand the number of veterinary accounts purchasing Petvivo products
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key veterinary clinics/doctors within the territory
Timely response to customer orders, inquiries, and complaints utilizing resources and internal departments to resolve as needed
Works closely with Technical Service Veterinarians to ensure exceptional customer service and support and prompt adverse events or complaint documentation and resolution
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating client information in the CRM system
Able to travel minimum of 80% of time
Participate in trade show events/professional conferences as needed
Always represents PetVivo in a professional and positive manner
Other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor
Education & Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required: 3-5 years field sales experience in the veterinary industry
Required: Significant equine and companion animal experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and with CRM systems
