Veterinary Inside Sales Representative

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

The Veterinary Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving growth and building strong relationships with veterinary professionals. You’ll educate clinics on the clinical and economic benefits of our regenerative portfolio, identify opportunities, and support the adoption of PetVivo products through consultative selling and exceptional service.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Engage veterinarians, practice managers, and technicians via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce and promote Spryng and PrecisePRP.
Conduct educational conversations focused on joint health, OA management, and regenerative medicine.
Build and maintain strong relationships across companion animal, equine, and speciality practices.
Collaborate with field sales to coordinate Lunch & Learns, CE events, and digital product demonstrations.
Manage a defined territory or account list, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
Accurately track opportunities, customer interactions, and forecasts using the company CRM.
Support marketing campaigns and follow-up on inbound leads generated through conferences, events, or digital outreach.
Stay informed on veterinary trends, pain management protocols, and multimodal therapy approaches to speak credibly and consultatively.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of inside sales or veterinary customer engagement experience (animal health, pharma, or medical device preferred)
Strong understanding of the veterinary clinic environment, including treatment decision-making and client communication dynamics
Proven success with consultative and value-based sales approaches
Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Highly motivated and self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for animal health and wellness
Comfortable working independently and in a virtual team environment
